Can one fast if he sleeps through the time of Sehri into Subh Saadiq while in the state of Janaabat (condition wherein Ghusl is obligatory)? Does the fast break if one experiences Ihtilaam (nocturnal emission/wet dream) during the day whilst fasting?
If one wakes up in Subh Saadiq i.e. the time wherein fasting has commenced, or if one experiences Ihtilaam during the day whilst fasting, the fast is still valid and does not break.
Yes, Ghusl becomes Fardh (compulsory) and to delay obligatory Ghusl to the extent a Fardh Salaah becomes Qadha is Makrooh-e-Tahrimi (abhorred dislike). To make the Salaah Qadha incurs sin.
If one wakes up in the state of Janaabat a few minutes before Sehri ends and it will expire if he or she performs Ghusl, then he or she should wash his face and hands, have Sehri and keep fast but perform Ghusl as soon as possible for Fajr Salaah to not become Qadha.
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Rasoolullah (peace be upon him) has stated,
Three things do not invalidate the fast – cupping, vomiting and Ihtilaam.

Fataawa Alamghiri states,
و من اصبح جنبا او احتلم في النهار لم يضره كذا في محيط السرخسى
If one wakes in dawn in the state of Janaabat or experiences Ihtilaam during the day, his fast is unaffected. The book Muheet of Allama Sarakhsi (Allah be pleased with him)documents this.
