بِسْمِ ٱللّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Are females undergoing Haidh (menstruation) and Nifaas (post-natal bleeding) allowed to recite the Holy Qur’an?
It is prohibited for females experiencing Haidh and Nifaas to recite the Holy Qur’an with the intention of Tilaawat either by memory or by reading from the Qur’an. It is also prohibited for them to touch the Holy Qur’an. (Al-Jauhara Al-Nayyara, Part One, pg. 42)
Besides the Holy Qur’an, it is permissible for them to recite all other Adhkaar, Auraad, Durood Shareef, reply to the Adhaan etc.

It is permissible for them to also recite Surah Faatiha or Qur’anic verses of Dua with the intention of Dua, not with the intention of Tilaawat.
